FG BAJA - Buggy, Clear Body

60050 Baja Buggy/ 26ccm, Transparent body Length 690mm, Width 475mm, Height 290mm, Wheelbase 475mm The open bodyshell with the metal roll cage as well as the gigantic rims with low-profile knobbed tires give the Baja Buggy its unmistakable striking looks. The model is based on the 1:6 Marder chassis from which most of the chassis parts have been applied. Of course driving fun has top priority just the same as with all our 1:6 Off-Road models. With Item N°. 60000R and 60020R we deliver the Baja Buggy as RTR version completely mounted with pistol grip radio system, servos, batteries and charger. The white or respectively red coloured polycarbonate bodyshell with rear wing completes the appearance of this model. Of course the stickers are already applied, too (see picture). A further decal set with writings is enclosed in the delivery. With Item N°. 60050 we deliver the Baja Buggy with transparent bodyshell and rear wing, but without radio control system. Technical description of the Baja Buggy 1:6: The Baja Buggy is built on a 4mm angled alloy chassis. All borings on the lower side are countersunk in order to prevent the screw heads from sticking out. Double wishbones at front and rear axle as well as 4 oil-pressure shock absorbers guarantee an optimal road grip. All rotating parts are supported by ball bearings. Rear gearwheels, differential gears and all driving components are case-hardened. According to side rails the underneath of the model is almost closed and therefore the chassis parts are protected against dirt. The model is equipped with a powerful 26ccm combustion engine which runs with normal 2-stroke petrol-oil mixture (available at every petrol station). The tank filling of 0,7 litres enables you to run your model around 45 minutes. With the installed pull-start system the engine can be started without any difficulties.
