Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?

You can return any item you feel was not described correctly or is not what you ordered! Please make sure they are returned in un-used and in the same packaging they are sold in, complete with header cards. Any item that doesn't comply with above will not be credited or refunded.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Please contact us immediatly if you have a problem with any item and need to return. No returns accepted without prior knowledge or after 14 days from dispatch.

Once we have received the item/s we will issue a credit on your account or refund.
